1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LightSkye Energy Proposal Platform ("Platform") at hub.lightskye.com, operated by LightSkye Energy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

The Platform is a solar proposal management tool that enables authorized users to create solar system designs, generate customer proposals, manage leads, and track deals. The Platform is provided exclusively for use by LightSkye Energy employees, contractors, and their customers.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using your Google account via Google OAuth. By signing in, you authorize the Platform to access your basic Google profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) for the purpose of creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify LightSkye Energy immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

4. User Roles and Access

The Platform assigns roles (Admin, Internal, Customer) that determine your level of access. Administrators may further restrict or grant specific features to individual users or groups. You agree to use only the features and data that are authorized for your role.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means
  • Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications to third parties

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is the property of LightSkye Energy and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Solar design imagery, aerial data, and related content provided through third-party services (including Aerialytics) remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to separate licensing agreements. You may not download, redistribute, or repurpose this third-party content outside the Platform.

7. Customer Proposals

Proposals generated through the Platform are provided as estimates based on available data, including satellite imagery, equipment specifications, and utility rates. LightSkye Energy does not guarantee the accuracy of production estimates, savings projections, or pricing. Final system specifications and pricing may change based on site assessment, engineering review, and permitting requirements.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Google (for authentication), Aerialytics (for solar design), and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. LightSkye Energy is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LightSkye Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform or email.
